Now I know Isabella and Jacob have been in the top 10 since...well forever but it was #1 last year for baby names for girls and boys. While Edward is still not in the Top 100 his name did move up 11 spots up to #137 and Cullen jumped up 297 spots to #485 (if I was to ever meet a kid named Cullen, I would fangirl scream and just might scare the crap out of them.) More then 22,000 girls born in 2009 were named Isabella and nearly 21,000 boys were named Jacob.
This just proves to me that 2009 was the year of Team Jacob!!
